I understand that pension benefits are payable to me only during my lifetime, except if there is a Husband and Wife Pension. I, therefore, authorize and direct the bank designed herein to charge my account for any payment made after my death and to refund any such payment to Sheet Metal Workers' Local Union No. 73 Pension Fund.
