Loss of Pension Credits and Vesting Service

Because the Plan is designed to provide benefits to Employees who have continuing employment in the jurisdiction of the Fund, provisions have been made for cancellation of Pension Credits and Vesting Service for Employees who leave without meeting the minimum work requirements under the Plan.
