Getting Married or Divorced

If you are married at the time of your Retirement or, in the case of
the Fund’s Pre-Retirement Surviving Spouse Pension, at the time of
your death, your spouse has certain rights relating to your pension
benefit. In the event of your divorce, your former spouse or your
children may have certain rights relating to your pension benefit
pursuant to a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO).
