ARTICLE 2. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

2.1 PARTICIPATION IN PLAN. Each Employee will become a Participant in the Plan on the date he completes one Hour of Service with a Contributing Employer.

2.2 CHANGE IN STATUS. In the event a Participant becomes ineligible to continue participation in the Plan because he is no longer covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement, such Participant will re-participate upon resumption of his coverage under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

2.3 PARTICIPATION BOUND BY TERMS OF PLAN. Each Participant will be deemed conclusively, and for all purposes, to have assented to the terms of the Plan and will be bound with the same force and effect as if he had been a party to the execution of the Plan.
