Continuation of Eligibility – Non-Bargained Members

Once you are eligible for coverage as a Non-Bargained Employee, you will continue to be eligible if:

• You work in the geographical jurisdiction of Sheet Metal Workers’ Local 73, which means in Cook County or Lake County, Illinois, in an eligible classification;
  
  
• Your Employer continues to employ you as a Non-Bargained Employee; and
  
  
• Your Employer continues to make timely contributions, by the end of the month of coverage, on your behalf.
